Family Gets Two Tickets for Speeding in a Construction Zone. Attorney Gets Both Dismissed. (Court records under development)

Illinois traffic lawyer Lewis Gainor recently represented a Lake Forest family that received two work zone speeding tickets. The family received these tickets during the long construction on the Edens I-94 Expressway in the summer of 2008. Two drivers from the family were speeding when work crews were present, re-paving the surface of the highway.

The tickets carried a minimum $375 fine each, and if the driver were to be found guilty, could result in the suspension of driving privileges. Attorney Lewis Gainor appeared for his clients in court on both occasions and made a motion to dismiss the charges. The court granted his motion both times.
